PETOSKEY REBRAND
Graphic Design II Project
The city of Petoskey is known for sunshine, harbors, gardens, and of course, Petoskey stones. These stones can be found on the shores of Lake Michigan, which borders Petoskey.
The new logo captures all of these important elements in one image. The hexagon was inspired by the hexagonal structure on Petoskey stones, while the flower speaks to the greenery throughout the city. The white space resembles a shining sun, while also capturing the mystery and magic of Petoskey stones.
