WOMEN IN ILLUSTRATION
Signage and Exhibition Design Project
This exhibition focuses on significant female illustrators throughout history, specifically in the children’s book industry. While there are many well-known male illustrators, few people could name as many women in the same field.
This exhibition is meant to show the importance of illustration by creating a feeling of nostalgia, sharing memorable stories with visitors from their childhood. It is also meant to inspire young women to follow their illustration aspirations, while recognizing some great female artists.
